One week ago

So, it was a week ago that Marilyn and I flew from Zurich to Nairobi.  The eight hour flight took us over several interesting locations.  Since it was a daytime trip, I was able to get some photos, some pretty good, others not so much.

Leaving Switzerland.  Taken just before we entered the clouds.
Somewhere along the coast of the Adriatic Sea, probably on the Italian side.
Islands along the Adriatic coast, probably on the Croatian side.
Somewhere over Greece
The island of Crete, I think.  It's a little hard to tell from 37,000 feet.
The coast of Africa near the Egypt-Libya border.
Notice the line of small clouds parallel to the coast.  I bet it is much cooler in their shadows!
An unknown river with dam and lake somewhere in Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Ethiopia?
I realize that this is hard to see through the clouds.  This is the last landmark I could make out.  It is the lake the extends from Ethiopia into Kenya for several hundred miles.
If any Google Earth types want to identify the exact locations of any of these photos, let me know what you find.
